PENSION PLAN
Games Workshop operates a group Personal Pension Scheme. The starting contributions are 3% for the employee, 4.5% for the employer and this increases every 5 years, although you are able to contribute more, earlier if you wish.
SHARESAVE SCHEME
Games Workshop runs a Sharesave Scheme where you can save between £5 and £250 per month for a specified period, normally 3 years, at the end of which you will receive the money you invested plus a bonus of approximately 1 x your monthly contribution with the option to buy Games Workshop shares at a price set at the start of the savings period.
STAFF DISCOUNT
The Games Workshop staff discount is substantial and allows you to buy our products at greatly reduced prices.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME
This offers a freephone helpline, providing support on various issues from emotional to financial to career advice. For cases where counselling is recommended, the Company will also pay for 6 free sessions.
EYECARE VOUCHERS FOR VDU OPERATORS
Employees who work on VDUs daily are entitled to a free eye test per year and £50 towards spectacles if required for VDU use only.
CHILDCARE VOUCHERS
This is a family friendly initiative whereby employees can exchange part of their salary for childcare vouchers thereby saving on National Insurance deductions from their pay.
LONG SERVICE AWARDS
Games Workshop reward and celebrate the achievement of employees with 5 and 10 years service as well as ongoing fun team activities.

has been set up to provide a wide range of events, including sporting and leisure
activities, which offer a great opportunity to get to know everyone. As a member
you will also have access to the on-site gym, which incorporates a cardio room
and toning room.
BUGMAN'S BAR
This on-site bar has regular entertainment events and drinks promotions to allow you to get together and relax after work. It also serves food for lunch and evening meals. The bar has a children's licence and employees can hire it free of charge for private functions!
RESTAURANT
The subsidised modern staff restaurant provides a full range of foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
CYBER CAFE
This allows employees free internet access in relaxed surroundings, to use during their breaks.
LEARNING CENTRE
This offers a wide range of courses from computer skills to learning a new language. It also offers learning tools such as videos, DVDs and books as well as a place for quiet, personal study.
CAR PARKING
There are over 300 spaces around the Lenton site.
OCCUPATIONAL NURSE
In the event an employee has concerns about their health, a private appointment can be made for you to see the on-site occupational nurse.
