Totally dedicated to selfish acts of pleasure and sensory experience, Slaanesh followers are some of the more vibrant renegades out there. Their pastel hues can be fun to paint and show off your skill with a brush. Other cool ideas for Slaanesh-themed squads include extremely pallid flesh tones, external speakers on armour, crab-claw hands, keys dangling from chains, stitched masks, jeweled armour, furs, studs, and black leather. This page highlights a few of these techniques which will leave your opponents with no doubt as to their allegiance to Slaanesh.
PAINTING PINK SIMPLY TAKES A BIT OF PATIENCE
The colour pink factors into quite a few Slaanesh-oriented colour schemes. It looks like a tricky colour to paint due to its bright nature. However, it's not so tough when you break it down into achievable steps. Follow the steps below, keep your paint thin, and you'll end up with a fine pink warrior.
SCULPTING LEATHER OVER ARMOUR
Often, the followers of Slaanesh stretch leather over their armour. To enhance your Chaos Renegades in such a fashion, all you need is tiny bit of putty and some steady hands.

Roll a thin band of putty around the target area. |
Press the putty flat so that it covers the desired area. |
A few dimples in the putty help with the leather effect. |

Use a knife blade to draw a line in the putty. |
Poke at the putty along the line to create stitching holes. |
Add a few wrinkles by pressing a thin blade into the putty. |
SCULPTING FUR COLLARS
Other common ways Slaanesh Renegades distinguish themselves are elaborate fur collars and linings. Fur is pretty straight forward stuff when it comes to sculpting it, as you'll see below.

Using a knife blade, make finer fur tufts on top of the ones you've already made. |
A fur collar takes only a few minutes. You can go as big or small as you want. |
Remember to take the arms into consideration. Leave room for them! |
MODELLING STUDDED ARMOUR
Armour studs are yet another way to give off a Slaanesh feel within your squad of Chaos Space Marines. There are several ways to make these from fine jewelry pins and stuff like model railroad ties. A cheap and easy way to make them involves cutting up plastic rod bits like the ones found on Terminator trophy racks. No one is going to miss a few of these if you do it right!

Start cutting the plastic rod down with a knife. |
In a few minutes you'll have nice pile of studs. |

Spread a small pool of glue on a scrap of paper, then dip the stud into the glue. |
Affix the stud where you want, wait a second, and pull the knife free. |
Keep repeating this process until you've studded an entire area of armour. |
