Once your models have been primed with Chaos Black Spray Primer, painting can
begin. Below, you will find a simple-but-effective colour scheme using 15 colours.
Follow the detailed instructions and check out the stage-by-stage images as
you paint your model for reference. Don't fret if the model doesn't come out
picture perfect in the end. Painting takes time and practice to master. Just
do the best you can each time and be open to learning new techniques from others.
Before you know it, you'll be quite an accomplished painter with models you'll
be proud to game with!

Leave the
Chaos Black undercoat as the basecoat for the armour. Paint the piping
and other "metal" parts with Boltgun Metal. Apply Liche Purple
to the trim on the armour and backpack. Paint Blood Red on the vials and
tentacles on the head. Paint the skin, shoulder pad, and skull with Dwarf
Flesh. |

Drybrush the
Liche Purple areas with Tentacle Pink. Apply a watered-down glaze of Flesh
Wash to the shoulder pad, skin, and skull. Use a watered-down mix of Black
Ink on the Boltgun Metal areas. |

the skin and shoulder pad with Elf Flesh. Apply a watered-down wash of
Red Ink over the pink areas. |

Highlight
the pink areas with Tentacle Pink again. Apply a Chainmail highlight to
the piping and other metal areas. Paint Scorpion Green on the eye. |

Highlight the black areas
of armour with Codex Grey. Apply Skull White to the edges of the pink
trim and backpack. Highlight the skin and shoulder pad with Bleached Bone.
