Codex: Daemonhunters

The Ordo Malleus is a division of the Inquisition, a secret arm of the Imperium that has waged a covert war for Humanity's continued survival over the last 10,000 years. Every Inquisitor has sworn potent oaths to defend the Imperium from its worst enemies and those of the Ordo Malleus are concerned with destroying the physical manifestation of Chaos itself: the Daemon. Members of the Ordo have pledged their every waking hour to the discovery and elimination of the daemonic, wherever it is found.

An Inquisitor has at his disposal every member of the Imperium and will not hesitate to commandeer local troops at a moment's notice. Such is the influence of the Inquisitor that he can even call upon the Space Marines of the Adeptus Astartes, leading a force of the Imperium's finest warriors against Humanity's foul nemesis, wherever it appears.

When building a Warhammer 40,000 army, the best place to begin is its respective Codex. These books are indispensable, not only providing you with the complete rules and army lists for your army, but they also contain guides to painting, assembling, and selecting your army – plus, you'll read the background story that you can find nowhere else.

Codex: Daemonhunters is one in a series of Warhammer 40,000 game supplements. Each book in the series describes an army, its background, and its heroes in detail. Inside, you will find:
