STEP 1: Stipple the surface with Regal Blue by using a large drybrush.
STEP 2: Stipple an even mix of Regal Blue and Enchanted Blue.

STEP 3: Stipple with straight Enchanted Blue.
STEP 4: Use Chaos Black to fill in all of the cracks and recesses. Edge the armour panels with a 3:1 mix of Enchanted Blue and Skull White while being careful to avoid the black lines.
