Games Day & Golden Demon 2005
GOLDEN DEMON WINNERS DAY 2005

Each year the talented winners of our annual Golden Demon competition are invited to HQ here in Nottingham, for a special visit around our offices, factory and (if they're very lucky) the hallowed portals of the Studio.

Tom: And so it came to pass that on December 10th 2005 no less than eleven of our winners, accompanied by assorted friends, family and familiars, pitched up in our welcoming reception. From there they were herded into the boardroom and asked to get their miniatures out, for this visit has a shadowy, ulterior motive – we want to take really nice big pictures of their winning models so we can show them off in our Golden Demon booklet.

After all that excitement, a hearty meal was in order and so the party adjourned to Bugman's Bar where they were wined and dined and got a chance to interrogate the judges (who'll do anything for a free meal). With stomachs groaning the winners were then ushered into the Studio, where they got to see the new *censored*, several *censored*, a whole host of beautifully *censored**censored*, and several small, but perfectly formed *censored*.

They were then mind-wiped by the Inquisition.

All that remained was to take a photo of the winners that will hang on the walls of the Miniatures Gallery and give everyone a special goodie bag (filled with magazines, books and pre-release models) before returning them, tired but happy out into the real world.

If you'd like the chance to win a Golden Demon statuette, or maybe even the Slayer Sword itself, then check out the all new category lists and rules for Golden Demon 2006.
