Mad Doks are obsessed with perfecting their own methods of "serjery". Left to their own devices, they will indulge in ever more extreme experiments. Mad Dok Grotsnik is no exception. He has experimented on himself extensively, the results of which are threefold - he is more resilient than your average Ork (which is pretty tough to begin with), he has an impressive array of weaponry built right into his body, and he is completely insane.
Mad Dok Grotsnik may be included in your Ork army as an HQ choice.
