Clanrat Warriors form the bulk of every Skaven army. On their own, Clanrats are not exceptional fighters, lacking discipline and determination, but in large groups they are fearsome opponents. The presence of other Skaven around them greatly bolsters their morale, filling them with confidence and fuelling their infamous ferocity.

All of the Warlord clans contain a clear hierarchical ladder based on the law of strength and cunning. Clanrat Warriors, the strongest and most conniving of the Skaven, are close to the top. Only the vicious, black-furred Stormvermin and the Warlord himself are higher in the hierarchy.

Regiments of Clanrat Warriors may be added to your Skaven army as a Core choice.

SKAVEN CLANRAT SLAVES REGIMENT

In the hierarchy of the Warlord clans, Clanrat Slaves are at the absolute bottom. The slaves of a given clan may include creatures of all races, but are predominantly made up of the Skaven of fallen clans.

Masses of slaves are often pushed at the head of Skaven armies as a screen against missile fire or to test the strength of the enemy. Skaven generals send them to be butchered without hesitation, and other Skaven do not care about their fate at all.

Regiments of Clanrat Slaves may be added to your Skaven army as a Core choice.
