PRE-GAME STRATEGY FOR THE FORCES OF EVIL

Since my force moves onto the table through the doorway, I can tailor the weapons necessary to the needs at hand. However, the Cave Troll cannot arrive until Turn 4. For the most part, though, I plan to move the archers onto the upper levels so as to pick off any stragglers in the rear or take on Legolas if he decides to be a long-range nuisance. The rest of 'em will rush forward and envelop the Heroes in an effort to take them down with the old shield-and-spear combo. I'll try and save the Goblin Captains for favourable combats where their Might points may sway the combat in my favour.
When I decide to throw in the Cave Troll, I hope to have the situation in hand and at least have the Fellowship pinned down by a horde of Goblins. This way, the Troll can avoid missile fire and lumber into whichever combat I deem he'll be most useful. I hope to continue the offensive push on Legolas and Sam, as they are currently the weakest members of the party. Still, to be honest, my plan pretty much boils down to, "Run over there and clobber everyone in the way."
