THE FORCES OF GOOD |
First off, there is no right or wrong way to choose a force. Many people start playing The Lord of The Rings Strategy Battle Game simply by collecting whatever models they happen to really like. Eventually, however, you're probably going to want to focus on a certain region or people of Middle-earth. The different lands of Middle-earth are many, and include the Shire, Arnor & Angmar, the Elven Havens, Moria, the Woodland Realms, Rohan, Isengard, Gondor (including Númenor), Mordor, the Dwarf Holds, the Eastern Kingdoms, and Harad. When selecting your force, you may choose to select all your models from one particular region to form a group of warriors who would be likely to fight together (armies assembled in this way are often referred to as "themed"). Of course, you do not have to do this – you can pick whatever models you like, as long as they form a group that is either all Good or all Evil. |
