After
three weekends of hard fighting in the Warhammer 40,000 Universe the 2003-2004
Champion of 40K has now been decided. Congratulations to Simone Di Tomaso
and his Ork Speed Freeks. This was the last 40K Grand Final in the UK played
using the 3rd Edition rules, the players voted on the day to use the new
rules for next seasons final in Mar 2005. So next year the scene is set for
an epic season with the real challenge for Simone to defend his title using
the updated rules.
The new Tournament pack is just being finalised now, it'll include some new scenarios to challenge veteran tournament goers and new entrants alike, so prepare your forces, test your mettle and mark the heat dates in your diary.
