Download the Results for: Heat 1
The first heat in the new season brought 148 players together to fight for one of the key locations in the Storm of Chaos Global Campaign. The tide of battle went backwards and forwards with the forces of Chaos having the upper hand initially. Eventually though the forces of Good rallied and slowly began to regain the initiative. The final result was a victory for the forces of Good, but only just.
The omens are bad for all who aren't Lizardmen as the forces from Lustria swept the boards in first, second and third places, but it should be noted that the High Elves walked away with the Generalship award so beware the ranks of Ulthuan.
Congratulations to Jon Pegg for reaching the top of the table, and also congratulations to the 49 other players who, with Jon, have qualified for the Grand Final in February 2005.
