It was bad enough that Tyranids were really fast and deadly on the ground. However, when the Second Edition of Warhammer 40,000 rolled around, they were also given horrid little monsters to torment you from the sky. These winged pests originally had Flamer Template weapons that ignored cover. Ugh.
