The new Death Leaper miniature, available from the Online Store, uses the standard rules for Lictors as laid out in Codex: Tyranids.
The rules presented here were created by the Guys of Games Workshop Canada for their online campaign, Rise of the Swarm. Though the campaign is now over, we thought we'd include their rules here together with the Red Terror and Old One Eye.
These rules are in no way official and you should ask your opponent's permission before fielding the Death Leaper Lictor with these rules.

Input Clearance: Brother-Sergeant Erasmus
Patrol Area: Deran II::Sector Secundus Bravo
Transmitted: Strike Cruiser Indomitable Will
Thought for the Day: Fear begets heresy++
Personal Log: Day 7 - 16:43:03.22
Hours
Signal detected. I have tracked him to Checkpoint 3 but lost the signal two
kilometres from the ridge crest. Compared to other species of the Lictor genus,
I have noticed this one to be slightly slower. This could be attributed to
its wound, or perhaps it is using more caution than usual.
Mercy is a sign of weakness.
Personal Log: Day 7 - 22:03:31.34
Hours
We have halted at Terminus 327 to investigate recent hostilities in the area.
All bio-signals are red. We have recovered parts of twelve bodies so far. Brother
Domus feels there may be survivors seeking refuge in the primary heat exchanger.
Innocence proves nothing.
Personal Log: Day 7 - 22:24:56.31
Hours
The primary heat exchanger shows signs of entry obtained by a slashing device.
It is definitely Tyranid in origin. Brother Domus was correct and there appears
to be one survivor, although he is in an advanced state of shock and unable
to speak. Brother Fortis will administer the Emperor's Forgiveness. I
have picked up a slight residual bio-signal that suggests the beast has been
here in the last hour. We will leave Terminus 327 immediately to pursue.
Even a man who has nothing can offer his life.
Personal Log: Day 7 - 23:30:54.01
Hours
The "Death Leaper" has been tracking us for six hours. His signal has appeared
on my auspex no less than twelve times. My squad engaged the target area with
the Emperor's cleansing bolter fire and righteous flame, unfortunately
to unknown effect. We are due to link up with Scout Squad Altea in 6 minutes
and 32 seconds although we have been unable to raise them on the vox system
for the last ten minutes. We are about to investigate a faint reading 0.2 kilometres
due north near a secondary fuel transfer point on our way to the rendezvous.
The blood of martyrs is the seed of the Imperium.

Bio-weapons: Like all other Lictors, Death Leaper is armed with a set of scything talons and rending claws, and also has the feeder tendrils and flesh hooks biomorphs. Death Leaper may not be armed with different.

Death Leaper follows the rules for Lictors in Codex: Tyranids with the following exceptions:
Unsurpassed Stealth: Death Leaper deploys as normal for a Lictor, though he does not have to deploy in a terrain piece - he may Deep Strike anywhere on the board.
Enraged: Death Leaper is a particularly vicious Lictor and has one extra attack (included on the profile above). However, he carries an old battle wound, the legacy of his conflict with Brother-Sergeant Erasmus. As a result, his Saving throw is 6+ rather than 5+.

Death Leaper is a vicious Lictor, stalking his prey
across uncounted worlds.
