The new site uses the same membership database as the previous site, and those of other Games Workshop website's such as the US and Australia. If you've played in the Storm of Chaos campaign or the Eye of Terror campaign then you probably have a Games Workshop membership account too. What this means in short is that if you used to log on to our website with your details, you still can.
Q. Because the website is new do I need to re-register?
A. No, we still the use the same Membership database – go right ahead and login!
Q. I don't have an account, how do I get one?
A. Use our Registration section!
Q. I can't remember if I have an account or not?
A. The membership system is all based around your email. Try the Remind Password feature and type in your email address.
Q. I can't remember my password, can you help me?
A. Try the Remind Password feature.
Q. I login, but Your Site still doesn't work and I can't get to the forums. It also says my email address has already been taken when I try to Register. What should I do?
A. You possibly have an account, which hasn't been confirmed, use the Get Confirmation facility to remedy this.
